2. Gamers demonstrating sustained engagement with the KGeN platform since its genesis, and

3. Game publishers who have strategically allocated marketing capital within the KGeN ecosystem.

The immutability of rKGeN's non-transferability is enforced at the protocol level, ensuring that reward allocations remain intrinsically bound to the recipient's wallet address, thereby preserving the integrity of the distribution model. rKGeN can be swapped to $KGEN token in a 1:1 ratio upon $KGEN token launch.
