What is rKGEN?
rKGEN is a pre-TGE rewards token earned through activity within the KGeN ecosystem. It rewards users for their participation and engagement with the potential to unlock additional benefits.
Is rKGEN transferable?
No, rKGEN is non-transferable. However, users can stake rKGEN to earn additional yields or swap it at a 1:1 ratio for $KGEN post-TGE.
What is the difference between "Claim" and "Stake"?
Claim: Allocated rKGEN tokens are sent directly to the user's wallet.
Stake: Allocated rKGEN tokens are sent to the wallet and the user is redirected to the staking dashboard. Here, the user can choose the amount and duration for staking to earn daily rKGEN rewards.
What is a Claim Season and how long does it last?
Claim Seasons are time-bound windows during which users can claim their rKGEN tokens. Each season has a defined start and end date. Once a Claim Season ends, users cannot claim tokens on the website and must contact support for assistance.
How to become eligible for future seasons?
If you are ineligible for the current season, you can still qualify for upcoming ones. Play, earn K-Points, and secure your eligibility for rKGEN rewards in future seasons. Keep engaging and stay active to maximize your rewards.
Can I claim rKGEN from multiple accounts?
If you have registered with KGeN using two accounts, you will need to check each account separately to determine your eligibility for rKGEN claims.
How can I contact support?
Click on the “Help” button available on every page of the KGeN platform. This will redirect you to KGeN's Discord server. Open a ticket by selecting “rKGEN Help”, submit your request and the support team will assist you within 24 hours.
